Cross-Cultural Training

Gain trust. Build credibility. Communicate effectively. These are the skills every successful business professionals needs. These skills, however, are culture-bound; the behaviors that make you successful in one culture can have a negative effect in another.
Knowing the correct behaviors (e.g., eye contact, formality) and communication styles (e.g., emotional appeal, direct speech) can be the difference between professional success and failure when working cross-culturally.
Do your global professionals have the cultural insight they need to be successful? We can help. Our cross-cultural trainers are experts on specific countries and regions. They can train either individuals or small groups on the cultural nuances that will facilitate their success.
