CALL (Cultural Agility Leadership Lab) is an exclusive partnership between Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business and the National Peace Corps Association, providing a turnkey solution for corporate-sponsored international volunteerism (ICV) and pro bono advisor programs. The CALL program is directed by Dr. Paula Caligiuri, President of TASCA Global and Distinguished Professor of International Business and Strategy at Northeastern University.
The CALL program is a turn-key solution for companies’ international corporate volunteerism programs
The CALL program provides developmental opportunities for a firm’s skilled associates to go “on loan” as pro bono advisors to non-governmental organizations (NGO) in developing countries. The CALL participants provide short-term, project-based technical expertise to the NGO for projects identified by the NGO.
Through facilitation and coaching, the CALL program builds participants’ cross-cultural competencies, cultural agility, global leadership skills, and orientations toward social responsibility
